Password reset due to security upgrade in version 2.4

If after June 1st, 2023 you attempt to login to the Barbara platform and you get a wrong password error this is probably due to the security update made on version 2.4 of Barbara (released on that date).

In order to enhance the security of your account and improve permissions and user management for each company, version 2.4 includes a new and more advanced user management engine. The main consequence of this change is that, to ensure this security, your account password has been reset and you will need to establish a new one.

Does this change affect my work environment on the platform?

No, this reset does not affect your devices or the applications you have registered and are currently using. You simply need to set a new password to access the platform again. Once you do this and log in, you will see that everything is exactly as you left it.

How do I change my password?

You should have received an email on June 1st, 2023 with a temporary password that will allow you to access your account. Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password to a new one.

I haven’t received the email with my temporary password, what should I do?

If you haven’t received or don’t find the email with the temporary password (make sure to check your Spam folder), don’t worry. The next time you want to access the platform, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link.

This way, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password and establish a new one.
